Establishment and incorporation of People’s Association
(1)
There is hereby constituted a corporation to be known as the People’s Association (referred to in this Act as the Association).
(2)
The Association shall have perpetual succession and a common seal.
(3)
The Association may sue and be sued in its corporate name and perform such other acts as bodies corporate may by law perform.
