Restriction on proceedings in respect of service of members, etc., of visiting force
No proceedings shall be entertained by any court of Singapore with regard to the pay of any person in respect of service as a member of a visiting force or as a member of a civilian component of such a force, with regard to the terms of such service or with regard to a person’s discharge from such service.
