Section 102B

A holder of a public service vehicle licence who is aggrieved by any decision to modify the conditions of the holder’s licence under section 102A may, within 14 days after receiving the notice mentioned in section 102A(4), appeal to the Minister.

The Minister may determine an appeal under this section by confirming, varying or reversing any decision of the Authority or amending any licence condition affecting the licensee.

The decision of the Minister in any appeal is final.
