Penalties for offences under sections 47(5) and 47C(7)

Any person who is guilty of an offence under section 47(5) or 47C(7) shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 4 years or to both.
