Vehicle without test certificate cannot be used
(1)
A person who uses on a road at any time, or causes or permits to be so used, a motor vehicle in respect of which there is no test certificate shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200.
(2)
This section applies to such motor vehicles with effect from such dates as may be prescribed.
