Persons by whom marriages may be solemnised
(1)
A marriage may be solemnised by the Registrar or any other person to whom a licence to solemnise marriages under this section has been granted by the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may grant a licence to any suitable person to solemnise marriages in Singapore.
