Duties under section 7 deemed to be customs duties for purposes of collection
Except as may be otherwise provided in any order made under section 7, any duty levied thereunder shall be deemed for the purposes of collecting and enforcing the collection thereof to be a customs duty imposed under the provisions of the Customs Act [Cap. 70].
