Section 23

Recovery of fine

(1)

Any fine imposed by Parliament under the provisions of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.

(2)

The Attorney-General may recover in any civil court of competent jurisdiction any such fine as though the fine were a judgment debt due to the Government, and any sums recovered shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
