Appointment of Investigation and Disciplinary Committees
At the first meeting of the Council held after each annual general meeting of the Society, the Council shall appoint the following committees:
(a)
an Investigation Committee comprising 3 members of the Council of whom two shall form a quorum; and
(b)
a Disciplinary Committee comprising 4 members of the Council who shall not be members of the Investigation Committee and of whom 3 shall form a quorum. [32
