Minister may delegate his powers
(1)
The Minister may delegate all or any of his powers under this Act, except the power to make regulations, to such officer or officers as he thinks fit, and may appoint officers for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
(2)
All such officers shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Cap. 224].[5** The former sections 3 and 4 were repealed by Act 33 of 1979.
