Licensing of broadcasting station

(1)
No person shall establish any broadcasting station in Singapore except under or in accordance with a licence granted under this Act.

(2)
Every such licence shall be in such form and for such period and may contain such terms and conditions as the Minister may determine.
(3)
In granting a licence under this Act, the Minister may require the licensee to pay a premium for the issue of the licence or such annual fee as the Minister may determine.[6
