Section 96

Qualifications of Supreme Court Judges

A person is qualified for appointment as a Supreme Court Judge if he has for an aggregate period of not less than 10 years been a qualified person within the meaning of section 2 of the Legal Profession Act 1966 or a member of the Singapore Legal Service, or both.
