Section 132

All notices, orders, receipts and other documents of whatsoever nature which the Authority is empowered to give by this Act or by any other written law may be given by any employee authorised thereunto by the Authority.

Where any such notice, order or document requires authentication, the signature or a facsimile thereof of the Executive Director or the Secretary or any employee authorised thereunto by the Authority affixed thereto shall be sufficient authentication.[116
