Employee of Authority may require evidence of identity in certain cases

(1)
Any police officer or employee of the Authority who reasonably believes that any person has committed an offence under this Act or any regulations made thereunder may require such person to furnish evidence of his identity and the person shall thereupon furnish such evidence of his identity as may be required by such police officer or employee of the Authority.
(2)
Any person who refuses to furnish any information required of him by any police officer or any employee of the Authority under this section or wilfully mis-states such information shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200.[120
