Section 137

Any person who without reasonable cause or lawful excuse fails or refuses to furnish to the Authority or the Port Master any information relating to the movement of vessels in or around Singapore and other matters affecting the movement and safety of such vessels shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.[120A
