Regulations regulating pilotage and conduct of pilots

(1)
The Authority may make regulations for regulating pilotage in any pilotage district and, notwithstanding section 31(2), for the maintenance of good conduct and discipline of Authority pilots and for matters relating to their duties.

The Authority may, in making any regulations under this section, provide that any contravention of or failure to comply with any regulations shall be an offence and may prescribe as a penalty in respect of any one offence a fine not exceeding $5,000.[87
