Section 6

Disqualification from membership

No person shall be eligible to be appointed or to remain a member of the Board who —

(a)

is an undischarged bankrupt;

(b)

has been sentenced to imprisonment for a term exceeding 6 months and has not suffered the punishment or received a free pardon; or

(c)

is a person found or declared under any written law to be of unsound mind.
