Licence to possess or inoculate veterinary biologics
(1)
A person other than an authorised officer must not —
(a)
have in the person’s possession any veterinary biologics; or
(b)
inoculate any animal or bird with any veterinary biologics,except under and in accordance with the conditions of a licence issued by the Director‑General.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
