Section 15

Form and giving of notices and other documents

(1)

All notices and other documents of any nature that the Director‑General is empowered to give under this Act may —

(a)

be in any form the Director‑General thinks fit; and

(b)

subject to the direction of the Director‑General, be given by an authorised officer on behalf of the Director‑General.

Where any notice or document mentioned in subsection (1) requires authentication, the signature (or an official facsimile of the signature) of the Director‑General or an authorised officer affixed to the notice or document is sufficient authentication.
