Section 131

Omitting to hand over book or seal or being in possession thereof without lawful excuse

Any person who —

(a)

refuses or omits to hand over any book or seal of office to the Registrar as required by this Act; or

(b)

is found in possession of a book or seal of office without lawful excuse after the book or seal of office ought to have been made over to or taken possession of by the Registrar,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
