Section 56

Revision

(1)

The President of Singapore may in his or her discretion call for the record of any proceedings before the Court, the Registrar, Kadi or Naib Kadi and may refer such record to the Majlis for its consideration.

(2)

The Majlis may after considering the matter recommend that the decision of the Court, the Registrar, Kadi or Naib Kadi (as the case may be) be reversed, altered or modified and the President of Singapore may thereupon order such decision to be reversed, altered or modified.

(3)

Every decision when so altered or modified is in its altered or modified form to be held to be valid in all respects as if made by the Court, the Registrar, Kadi or Naib Kadi whose decision has been revised.
