Relationship with other laws
(1)
To avoid doubt, nothing in this Part limits the powers of any authority to investigate accidents under any written law for the time being in force relating to merchant shipping.
(2)
Nothing in this Part limits the powers of cancelling, suspending or endorsing any aviation safety instrument or other approval, licence, permit or other document issued or granted under this Act or any of its subsidiary legislation.[13D
