Section 81

Any person who does any act in contravention of, or without reasonable excuse fails to comply with the terms of, any order or notice made or issued under section 73 or 74 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.

Any person who wilfully obstructs any person in the exercise of any of the powers conferred by this Part or by any subsidiary legislation made under this Part shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.[28
