Power to make regulations
(1)
The Minister may make regulations —
(a)
prescribing the manner in which appeals must be made to the Board;
(b)
prescribing the procedure to be adopted by the Board in hearing appeals and the records to be kept by the Board;
(c)
prescribing the places where and the times at which appeals are to be heard by the Board;
(d)
prescribing the fees to be paid in respect of any appeal under this Part; and
(e)
generally for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Part and in particular providing for matters stated or required by this Part.
(2)
All regulations made under this section must be published in the Gazette and must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication.
