Interpretation of this Division

In this Division, unless the context otherwise requires —“legal services” means the legal services which a solicitor can lawfully perform under this Act;“limited liability partnership agreement”, “manager” and “officer” have the meanings given by the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005.
