Appeal against decision of Director of Legal Services under this Division

(1)
Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Director of Legal Services under this Division may, within the prescribed period, appeal to the Minister in the prescribed manner.

(2)
A person making an appeal under subsection (1) must comply with any rules made under section 150 for the purposes of this section.

In determining an appeal under this section, the Minister may —
(a)
confirm, vary or reverse the decision of the Director of Legal Services; or
(b)
direct the Director of Legal Services to reconsider that decision.
