Formation of group practices

(1)
Two or more Singapore law practices may apply jointly to practise as a Singapore group practice.

Two or more foreign law practices may apply jointly to practise as a foreign group practice.

(3)
The Director of Legal Services may, after consulting such authorities as the Director of Legal Services thinks fit, grant or refuse an application under subsection (1) or (2).

An application under subsection (1) or (2) may be granted subject to such conditions as the Director of Legal Services thinks fit to impose in any particular case.
