Section 186

The Institute and the Society must each at all times keep and maintain an office and the address of the office and any change thereof must be published by the Institute and the Council respectively in the Gazette.

All writs, plaints, notices, pleadings, orders, summonses, warrants or other written communications required or authorised or ordered to be served on or delivered or sent to the Institute, the Society or the Council are deemed to be duly served, delivered or sent if left at the office of the Institute or the Society, as the case may be.
