Section 36W

Where the court or a complaints committee has ordered a foreign lawyer or law expert to pay a penalty under this Part, the foreign lawyer or law expert must pay the penalty to the Registrar.

Any penalty payable under subsection (1) which is not paid may be recoverable by the Government as a judgment debt.

All sums collected by the Registrar under subsection (1) or recovered by the Government under subsection (2) must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
