Section 39

Membership

The membership of the Society consists of the following:

(a)

all advocates and solicitors who are members of the Society by reason of section 40;

(b)

all foreign lawyers who —

(i)

are members of the Society by reason of section 40A(1); or

(ii)

are admitted to membership of the Society under section 40A(2);

(c)

all persons who are admitted to membership of the Society under section 41; and

(d)

all persons who are elected as honorary members under section 42.
