Section 52

Nominations

Every nomination of a candidate for election —

(a)

must be of a person qualified to be a candidate under section 49;

(b)

must be in writing signed by not less than 2 persons qualified in a like manner under section 49 as the candidate nominated; and

(c)

must name only one candidate whose consent must be endorsed thereon.
