Jurisdiction of Supreme Court over solicitors and Legal Service Officers

Any person duly admitted as an advocate and solicitor and any Legal Service Officer is an officer of the Supreme Court.

The provisions of any written law which imposes on officers of the Supreme Court any restrictions as to practice as advocates or solicitors do not apply to any advocate and solicitor by virtue only of subsection (1).
