the Principal who is the chairperson;

the Vice-Principal who is the deputy chairperson;

the heads of all departments of the Polytechnic;

the librarian of the Polytechnic;

2 members, elected from the full-time academic staff of the Polytechnic from among themselves, who hold office for 2 years; and

the Registrar who is the secretary.
