Section 2

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Council;“Council” means the Council of the Polytechnic constituted under section 5;“Ngee Ann Kongsi” means the Ngee Ann Kongsi incorporated under the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) Ordinance 1933;“Polytechnic” means the Ngee Ann Polytechnic incorporated under section 3;“Principal” means the Principal of the Polytechnic, and includes any individual acting in that capacity;“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Polytechnic appointed under section 13(1);“Senate” means the Senate of the Polytechnic constituted under section 5.
