Section 20

Income and property of Polytechnic

(1)

The income and property of the Polytechnic include —

(a)

such sums of money and movable property as the Ngee Ann Kongsi may donate or contribute to the Polytechnic;

(b)

such immovable property as the Ngee Ann Kongsi may alienate or donate to the Polytechnic; and

(c)

gifts, grants, donations and other assets from any source and of any nature.

(2)

Section 20 of the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) Ordinance 1933 does not apply to the alienation or donation of immovable property by the Ngee Ann Kongsi to the Polytechnic.
