Section 22

There is to be a students’ association called the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Students’ Union which is constituted by rules made under section 24(1) and consists of the constituent bodies prescribed by those rules.

The constitution, membership, functions and other matters relating to the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Students’ Union and each of its constituent bodies are as prescribed by the rules.

The Council may impose and collect from the students or any class of students such fees as it may determine for the benefit of the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Students’ Union and its constituent bodies; and the fees may be applied in any manner that the Council thinks fit for the purposes of the Union and its constituent bodies.
