Establishment of an Archives and Records Committee
(1)
There shall be established an Archives and Records Committee consisting of the Director as chairman and 5 other members to be appointed by the Minister.
(2)
A member of the Committee shall hold office for such time as the Minister may direct and shall receive no remuneration for his services.
(3)
The function of the Committee is to advise the Director on the carrying out of his functions under this Act.
(4)
Three members of the Committee shall form a quorum.
(5)
The Committee shall determine its own procedure.
