Alteration of rules
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the rules or any of them may from time to time be revoked, amended or added to by the Association.
(2)
No revocation, alteration or addition of or to any rules shall be effective —
(a)
unless ratified by the Minister; and
(b)
until it has been published in the Gazette.[17
