Application of this Part

Subject to subsection (2), this Part applies in relation to trusts whether created before, on or after 15 December 2004.

Except as otherwise provided in section 41I(4), this Part applies in relation to a trust having a sole trustee as it applies in relation to other trusts, and references to trustees in this Part (except in sections 41C(1) and (3) and 41J(4)) are to be read accordingly.
