Section 80

Dissolution of body corporate

(1)

Where the administration of a charitable trust has been taken over by the Government or a statutory corporation, or for any other sufficient cause it is expedient to dissolve a body corporate created under this Part, the Minister may, by order, direct the Public Trustee to strike the name of the body corporate off the register.

(2)

The Public Trustee must publish the order in the Gazette and on publication of the order, the body corporate is dissolved.
