Section 101

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of section 98(1), 99(1) or 100 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 and to a further fine not exceeding $100 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.[104
