Regulations
Without prejudice to the generality of section 143, the Minister may make regulations for any of the purposes of this Part, and such regulations may provide for —
(a)
the keeping, display and exposure of corpses;
(b)
the embalming of corpses;
(c)
the construction, layout, cleanliness and maintenance of funeral parlours; and
(d)
such other matters as may be considered necessary for the protection of public health.[105
