Building Authority may consult Commissioner regarding health requirements of buildings
The Building Authority may, before approving any plans and specifications submitted to him in respect of any building pursuant to section 5 of the Building Control Act [Cap. 29], consult the Commissioner with regard to the health and sanitary requirements of the building and, as far as possible, give effect to any advice in connection therewith that may be tendered by the Commissioner.[84
