Offensive trades not to be carried on without licence
(1)
No person shall establish or use any premises for any of the purposes set out in the Second Schedule without first obtaining a licence therefor from the Commissioner who, in granting a licence, may impose such terms and conditions as he may think fit.
(2)
Any person who without a licence establishes or uses any premises or permits the same to be established or used for any of the purposes set out in the Second Schedule shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 and to a further fine not exceeding $200 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.[89
