Section 32

Every such scheme shall be filed in the General Division of the High Court, together with an application by originating summons for the approval of the scheme by the General Division of the High Court, and notice thereof shall be given in such manner as the Board in each case considers proper or expedient for ensuring due publicity.

Every such notice shall contain the substance of the proposed scheme and such particulars thereof as are deemed by the Board sufficient to show the nature thereof, and shall refer to some convenient place where a copy of the proposed scheme is deposited and may be inspected.

Every such notice shall require any objections to the scheme to be stated or transmitted to the General Division of the High Court within one month from the time when the notice is given.
