Section 8

Determination of appointment

Without prejudice to sections 5(2) and 9, the appointment of any member of the Board determines —

(a)

upon his death;

(b)

if he resigns his appointment, by writing addressed to the Minister through the Secretary of the Board;

(c)

if he is absent from Singapore, without written permission from the Chairman, for a period exceeding 3 months; or

(d)

if he is declared a bankrupt.
