Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Board” means the Board of Management of the Council;“Council” means the Singapore Council of Social Service incorporated by this Act;“Fund” means the Singapore Council of Social Service Fund and includes all subscriptions, donations, bequests, interest and dividends and all other movable or immovable property received, acquired or held by the Council;“society” means the Singapore Council of Social Service in existence immediately before the commencement of this Act and registered under the provisions of the Societies Act [Cap. 311].
