Section 3

Incorporation of Council

(1)

There is hereby established in Singapore a body corporate to be known as the Singapore Council of Social Service.

(2)

The Council shall have perpetual succession and may sue and be sued in its corporate name and perform acts or things incidental or appertaining to a body corporate.
