Section 7

Any person, firm, corporation or organisation which subscribes such annual sum, as may be determined from time to time by the Council on the recommendation of the Board, to the Fund may, in the discretion of the Council, be admitted to be an associate of the Council for the year of the subscription.

Such associates may attend the meetings of the Council but shall not vote in any of its proceedings.

Such associates may elect from among themselves a number not exceeding two to represent them on the Board. All such elected associates are entitled to attend the meetings of the Board and have the right to vote on any issue at the meetings.
