(a)

if, within 7 business days, you require the owner, by notice in writing signed by you or your agent, to redeliver the goods to you and if, within 7 business days after giving the notice, you reinstate the agreement by paying the arrears of instalments and interest due on overdue instalments and remedy the following breaches of the agreement (or pay the owner’s expenses in remedying them).
